The Celebration Shouldn't Wait Until You Land
A milestone birthday or anniversary trip is supposed to be effortless. Instead, it usually starts with group text chaos — coordinating flights from three cities, arguing about connecting airports, and hoping everyone's luggage shows up at the same carousel.
Private charter removes the logistics entirely. The group flies together from the same terminal. The champagne is on board. The golf clubs, the gifts, the garment bags — everything is in the hold. And when you land at the closest airport to the resort, the cars are waiting. No baggage claim, no rental counter, no lost hour at the start of a trip that's supposed to feel special.
- 01
The Group Flies Together
No split itineraries. No "we'll meet you at the hotel." Everyone departs from the same terminal, arrives at the same time, and the trip starts as a group — not in fragments.
- 02
Destination Flexibility
Private jets access 5,000+ airports. Fly directly to Napa, Aspen, Cabo, or any resort destination — including locations with no commercial service or limited flight options.
- 03
No Baggage Limits
Golf clubs, wine cases, gift boxes, garment bags, ski equipment. Luggage capacity is matched to your group during planning — no per-bag fees, no weight penalties.
- 04
Celebration Starts on Board
The trip doesn't begin at check-in. It begins when the group walks across the tarmac together. The flight itself is part of the experience — not something to endure before the fun starts.
Who This Is For
Milestone Birthdays
30th, 40th, 50th & Beyond
The kind of birthday that deserves more than a dinner reservation. Fly the group to Scottsdale, Napa, Miami, or wherever the birthday person has always wanted to go — together, from the start.
Anniversaries
Silver, Golden & Romantic Getaways
Whether it's a couple escaping for a long weekend or the whole family flying in for a 50th anniversary dinner, charter handles the coordination so you can focus on the moment.
Retirements
The Trip They've Earned
Decades of work deserve a departure that matches. Fly the retiree and their closest people to the destination they've been putting off — no planning stress, no compromises.
Surprise Trips
Planned Without the Guest of Honor Knowing
Coordinate the entire trip through one planner. The guest of honor finds out at the FBO. Everyone else is already there. The logistics are invisible — the surprise is flawless.

How Celebration Charter Works
- 1
Tell Us About the Occasion
The milestone, the destination, the number of guests, and any special requests. We handle the rest — from aircraft selection to arrival logistics.
- 2
We Match the Aircraft
Group size, luggage volume, and route distance determine the right jet. A group of 8 heading to Napa is a different aircraft than 14 going to Cabo. We present options with transparent pricing.
- 3
Everyone Arrives at the FBO
The group gathers at the private terminal — no check-in counters, no security lines. Walk across the tarmac together and board. The trip starts here.
- 4
Land and Go
Arrive at the airport closest to your destination. Ground transport is waiting if arranged. No baggage claim, no carousel — your luggage is handed to you on the tarmac.
Private Charter vs. Commercial for Group Celebrations
What changes when the whole group flies together instead of booking separate itineraries.
Group coordination
Everyone books separately; different airlines, connections, arrival times
One aircraft, one departure, everyone arrives together
Destination access
Limited to commercial routes; resort towns often require connections
5,000+ airports; fly direct to Napa, Aspen, Cabo, and more
Luggage
2 bags per person; $35–$150 each; golf clubs and wine cases cost extra
Capacity matched to your group; no per-bag fees or weight penalties
Schedule
Fixed departure times; early-morning or red-eye options on resort routes
Depart when the group is ready; no fixed schedule to work around
The experience
Middle seats, strangers, headphones on; trip starts at hotel check-in
Private cabin, group together, celebration starts at boarding
Surprise logistics
Nearly impossible to coordinate without the guest of honor seeing bookings
One coordinator handles everything; guest of honor finds out at the FBO
Why Groups Choose Private Charter for Celebrations
A milestone trip is the rare occasion where the travel should feel as good as the destination. Commercial airlines treat your group like 12 separate transactions — different confirmation numbers, different seat assignments, different overhead bin battles. The trip starts fragmented and stays that way until everyone finally gathers at the hotel.
Charter flips that. The group assembles at the FBO, walks across the tarmac together, and the celebration is already underway before the wheels leave the ground. It's the difference between "meeting up at the destination" and "traveling together."
- 01
One Booking, Not Twelve
One person coordinates with TruNorth. Everyone else just shows up. No group text threads about which airline, which connection, which terminal. One itinerary, one confirmation, one point of contact.
- 02
Fly Direct to the Fun
Napa doesn't have a major airline hub. Neither does Aspen, Cabo, or Jackson Hole — at least not with nonstop service from most cities. Charter flies direct to the airport closest to your destination, cutting hours off the trip.
- 03
Bring Everything
Golf clubs for 8. Wine cases coming home from Napa. Ski boots for the group. Gift boxes. Luggage capacity is matched to your group during planning — no per-bag fees, no weight anxiety.
- 04
The Flight Is Part of the Trip
On commercial, the flight is something you endure. On charter, the group is together in a private cabin — talking, laughing, already in celebration mode. The trip doesn't start at check-in. It starts at the FBO.
- 05
Surprise Trips Are Actually Possible
Commercial surprise trips fall apart fast — shared credit card alerts, airline confirmation emails, seat selection notifications. Charter runs through one coordinator. The guest of honor can genuinely not know until they see the jet.
- 06
Return When You're Ready
Sunday checkout doesn't mean a 6 a.m. flight. The return departs when the group decides — after brunch, after one more round, after the weekend actually feels complete. No rushing to catch a fixed departure.

Celebration Charter
Frequently Asked Questions
How many people can fly on a single charter?
Light jets seat 6–8 passengers. Midsize jets seat 8–10. Super-midsize and heavy jets accommodate 10–16. For groups larger than 16, we coordinate multiple aircraft departing the same day from the same FBO — the group still travels together, just across two cabins.
How much does a celebration charter cost?
Pricing depends on route, aircraft size, and timing. For groups of 8–14, the per-person cost often compares favorably to last-minute first-class tickets on the same route — with none of the connection risk or schedule restrictions. Call (310) 862-5387 or request a quote with your departure city, destination, dates, and group size.
Can we plan a surprise trip without the guest of honor finding out?
Yes — it's one of the most common requests we handle. All coordination runs through a single point of contact (you or a designated planner). No confirmation emails go to the guest of honor, no credit card alerts from airlines, no boarding pass notifications. The reveal happens at the FBO when they see the jet.
Can we bring golf clubs, wine, or other bulky items?
Yes. Golf bags, ski equipment, wine cases, gift boxes, and garment bags all travel in the aircraft's baggage compartment with no surcharges. We confirm total luggage volume against the selected aircraft's cargo capacity during planning to make sure everything fits.
How far in advance should we book?
For groups of 8 or more, 30–60 days gives the best aircraft availability and pricing. Holiday weekends and peak resort seasons (ski season, summer in Napa) fill earlier — 60–90 days is better for those windows. Smaller groups (4–6) can often book with 2–3 weeks' notice.
Can we fly internationally for a celebration?
Yes. Popular international celebration destinations include Cabo San Lucas, Turks and Caicos, the Bahamas, and Caribbean islands. Customs clearance is handled at the FBO — the group clears together, typically in minutes, without the terminal immigration lines commercial travelers face.
Can the group depart from different cities?
Yes. We can coordinate multiple aircraft departing from different cities and arriving at the same destination within the same time window. This is common for milestone birthdays where the guest's friends and family are spread across the country.
What if someone in the group needs to arrive or leave on a different day?
We can arrange separate legs for guests with different schedules. The main group flies together, and individual guests can be added to earlier or later flights. Each leg is quoted separately so you only pay for the flights you need.
Is there a minimum group size?
No. Couples charter for anniversary trips, and families of 3–4 charter for birthday getaways. You're booking the aircraft, not individual seats — so whether it's 2 passengers or 14, you get the full cabin.
Can we bring decorations or set up the cabin for the celebration?
Within safety guidelines, yes. Many clients bring birthday banners, custom napkins, or gift bags to the FBO for the crew to set up before the group boards. Discuss specifics with your coordinator — they'll confirm what's permitted on the selected aircraft.
