Born into a family of aviators, Sarah’s aviation journey began early—first washing planes, then managing an FAA approved flight school, and eventually representing Cessna Aircraft in regional sales. In 2015, she turned her full focus to jet charter, gaining deep operational knowledge in sales, scheduling, dispatching, pilot hiring and management, international logistics and aircraft management. 

Sarah launched TruNorth Jets in 2022 with a clear mission: to provide expert-led, relationship-driven charter services backed by transparency, insight, and executional excellence. She regularly coordinates complex missions to high-demand destinations like Aspen, New York, and Europe, and specializes in premium charter travel for executives, families, and high-profile clients.

Her deep operational fluency—from FAA regulations to aircraft performance and special event travel—makes her a trusted advisor in an industry built on discretion and detail. Sarah also served as an expert witness before the U.S. Congressional Small Business Committee on pilot workforce issues, further underscoring her standing as a thought leader in aviation.
