This Privacy Policy explains how TruNorth Jets, Inc. collects, uses, and protects information in connection with your use of https://trunorthjets.com (“Site”).
2. Information You Give Us
When you request a charter quote or contact us through the Site, we collect the information you enter:
- Your name, email address, and phone number, and your company if you provide it
- Your trip details: departure and destination airports, travel dates, trip type, number of adults, children, and pets, baggage, date and airport flexibility, and the aircraft you select
- Any special requests or notes you include
You may also subscribe to our newsletter (email address only). We do not ask for payment information, dates of birth, or passport details on the Site.
3. Information Collected Automatically
When you submit a quote request, we also record how you found the Site, so we know which advertising and pages work: the advertising campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM parameters), ad click identifiers from Google, Microsoft, or Meta (such as gclid or msclkid), the first page you visited, and the website that referred you. The Site keeps these details in your browser’s local storage for up to 90 days, and they are sent to us only with a quote request you submit. The quote tool also remembers your trip entries in your browser so you can return to your estimate.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit to prepare and send your quote, to contact you about your trip by email, phone, or text, to arrange your flight if you book, and to understand which of our marketing brings in requests. We do not use it for any other purpose without your consent.
5. Where Your Information Goes
Quote requests are delivered to our team by email and saved in our lead records, which are kept in Google Workspace (Google Sheets). If that delivery fails, the request is sent to our team through Formspree, a form-delivery service, instead. These providers process the information on our behalf only.
6. Information Collected After Booking
Once a client confirms a flight, we collect required passenger data, including full name and date of birth. For international flights, we may also collect passport information. This data is collected solely to comply with Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and customs regulations and is not collected via the Site.
7. Analytics and Advertising
We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to collect data such as browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the Site; Google Ads to measure when a visit from one of our ads leads to a quote request; and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our pages (for example clicks, scrolling, and page interactions). These services use cookies and similar technologies. We do not send them the contact details you enter in our forms.
8. Email Marketing
If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address will be used for periodic communications. We may track open and click rates to optimize engagement. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the link at the bottom of any marketing email.
11. Keeping and Deleting Your Information
We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to serve you and for our business records. You may ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it by emailing the address below.
12. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If a child under 13 is flying, their name and date of birth are collected from a parent or guardian after booking for TSA compliance only.
13. Data Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect the information you submit and the data we receive and transmit during the flight coordination process. Form submissions are sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No system is 100% secure.
14. Policy Updates
This policy may be revised at any time. Updates will be posted to this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
